405nm光线对小鼠皮脂腺及胶原纤维的影响研究

摘要 目的:评价405nm光线对小鼠皮脂腺及胶原纤维的影响。方法:根据激光照射次数的不同,将80只昆明种小鼠分为照射2次组、4次组、6次组及8次组,每组各20只。观察每组不同照射次数后皮肤组织学变化。结果:经照射后,小鼠的皮脂腺数目较未照射对照侧减少,真皮胶原纤维及真皮厚度均较对照侧增厚,且随着照射次数的增多,结果更加显著。结论:405nm光线照射能够减少皮脂腺数目,并且具有真皮胶原重建作用。 Objective To determine the effects of 405nm laser with diferent time on the changes of the sebaceous gland and the collagenic fibers in mice. Methods Eighty mice were divided into four groups:the two times,four times,six times and eight times.Hematoxylin and immunohistochemical staining SP were performed to determine the changes of skin histology after laser irradiation. Results The number of sebaceous gland was decreased,the collagenic fibers and the dermis were thicker than before irradiation.And with the increase of the times of irradiation,the rusults were more significant. Conclusion 405nm laser irradiation can decrease the number of sebaceous gland and rebuild the collagenic fibers of dermis.
