国际认证指导下的商学院实践型师资队伍建设研究——以上海财经大学商学院为例

Research on the development of Practice Teachers in Chinese Business Schools under the Guidance of International Accreditation——a case study of the school of Business of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics

2013版AACSB商学教育认证标准对商学院的师资提出了新的分类标准和建设要求,显出了师资多元化和发展实践型师资力量的趋势。本文结合上海财经大学商学院的探索经验,提出商学院应广泛开展产学研合作,引培并举发展实践型师资队伍。商学院也应提升开放办学的程度,创新制度建设,加强对实践型教师的绩效评价和激励。

The 2013 AACSB accreditation standards set new criteria for business school faculty classification, which reflects the trends of diversification and development of practice-based teaching faculty. With a case study of the College of Business of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, this paper suggests that Chinese business schools should carry out extensive industry-teaching-research cooperation and develop practice teachers. Chinese business schools should also increase the openness, implement institutional building with innovation and strengthen performance evaluation and incentives for practice teachers.
