Research on Run-through Cultivation Model of Applied Bachelors and Specialized Masters——a Case Study of Shanghai University of Finance And Economics

在中国经济进入"新常态"的大背景下,中国高等职业教育发展迎来战略发展期。本文以上海财经大学财经"E+e"新教育实践项目为借鉴,就应用本科与专业硕士贯通培养模式的理念设计、机制保障、课程设置、流程管理等内容进行深入剖析和初步理论概括,构建高校、院系之间的协同创新机制,为应用本科与专业硕士贯通培养的未来发展提供建设性方案。

Since China already stepped into the ＂New Normal＂ economy era, the high vocational education in China is about to experience a strategic development period. According to ＂E＋e＂, a new model of education ＆ practice project in Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, this paper will systematically explain the meanings of run- through cultivation of Applied Bachelor and Specialized Master in following aspects： theory design, mechanism guarantee, curriculum provision, process management etc. Besides, this paper put forward the new model of innovation synergy mechanism between universities. The paper will provide a constructive scheme for the future development of run-through cultivation.
