理论上认清区域一体化的发展规律和形成机制,对加快我国城市群建设,实现经济社会区域一体化发展有重要意义。首先,区域一体化具有空间组织性特征,是各种生产要素在空间上的优化配置、城市载体功能不断优化的过程。其次,区域一体化发展是在市场制度前提下自组织与他组织叠加作用的产物,制度创新与组织演化反馈互动。再次,我国以城市群为特征的区域一体化实践是一系列制度改革和制度创新的结果。最后,我国区域一体化组织过程中存在制度的路径依赖和锁定的障碍,需要全面深化改革,从市场制度创新和区域合作制度创新两个层面共同着力。

It is very important to get a clear understanding of development law and formation mechanism of regionalintegration on the aspect of strengthening city group construction and realizing development of economic and socialintegration. First, regional integration is characterized by space organization, it is the process in which all factors arerationally distributed and urban vector function has been continuously optimized. Second, regional integration developmentis resulted from superposition of self-organization and hetero-organization under the premise of market system, theinteraction of system innovation and organization evolution. Finally, the path dependence and lock-in effect hinders theprocess of regional integration in our country, which requires deepening the reform in all-round way, including joint effortsof market system renovation and regional cooperation system renovation.
