脂肪颗粒作为天然的组织填充材料，一直受到广泛关注，如何提高移植效果国内外学者进行了大量的研究探索，本文从取脂过程、脂肪纯化、注射方法和术后护理全程做了回顾总结，特别就快速发展的细胞辅助脂肪移植（CAL）技术做了详述。

As anatural tissue filling material, fat granulehas been widespread concerned. Domestic and international scholars have conducted a lot of researches on how to improve transplantation.
