依据不同标准对压力蒸汽灭菌化学指示卡鉴定结果比较 被引量:1

Comparative study of different methods on the identification effect of steam sterilization chemical indicator card

摘要 目的比较两种不同判定标准对压力蒸汽灭菌指示卡鉴定结果的影响。方法通过压力蒸汽灭菌生物指示剂检测器检测方法,对5个不同品牌压力蒸汽灭菌化学指示卡检测结果依据两种不同标准进行结果评价。结果依照2002年版《消毒技术规范》设计的3组梯度检测的5个品牌5种132℃和5种121℃压力蒸汽灭菌化学指示卡,分别在132℃,3 min和121℃,20 min饱和蒸汽下,第1组变色合格,在缩短时间和降低温度的第2和3组变色不合格,检测结果与生物指示剂结果一致。依照GB18282.1-2000多变量指示物(四类)附加要求设计的2组梯度检测的相同化学指示卡,均在132℃,3 min和121℃,20 min饱和蒸汽下第1组变色合格,在降低温度的第2组变色不合格,检测结果与生物指示剂结果一致。结论两种标准判定压力蒸汽灭菌化学指示卡检测结果,2002年版《消毒技术规范》设计的3组实验更有利于影响因素的观察。 Objective To compare the influence of two different standard methods on the identification results of steam sterilization chemical indication card. Methods Five enterprises of steam sterilization chemical indication card were selected and their indicating effects were evaluated by two identification standard respectively. Results The color change of5 kinds of 132℃ steam sterilization indication cards and 5 kinds of 121℃ steam sterization indication cards were all qualified under the station of 132℃,3 min or 121℃,20 min,which was the first group of the three groups demanded by technical standard for disinfection 2002. And the color change of group 2,which was shorten the time and group 3,which was decrease the temperature were all unqualified. The color change result were all concord to the results of biological indicators.The color change of the same steam sterilization indication cards were all qualified under the station of 132℃,3 min or121℃,20 min,which was the first group of the two groups demanded by GB18282. 1-2012( IV). And they were unqualified in group 2 when decrease the time. The results were concord to the biological indicator too. Conclusion The two standard are both fit for the steam sterilization chemical indication card identification. And Technical standard for disinfection 2002 better to observe the influencing effect.
