摘要
目的研究粘质沙雷气溶胶基本特性,为传染性病原菌气溶胶指示菌选择提供依据。方法用空气微生物采样器和定量培养方法,对实验室发生的粘质沙雷菌气溶胶特性进行研究。结果用BGI型气溶胶发生器发生的粘质沙雷菌气溶胶颗粒的数量中值直径为2.29μm。在3种气溶胶介质中,以PBS发生的气溶胶中粘质沙雷菌的存活率最高。气溶胶发生后30 min,粘质沙雷菌存活率为90%,随时间延长存活率降低,两种发生器发生的气溶胶中细菌损伤程度无明显差别。结论粘质沙雷菌在PBS气溶胶介质中具有良好的稳定性,其耐冲击性好、存活率高,可作为传染性的指标细菌进行气溶胶风险的定量研究。
Objective To study the aerosol characteristics of Serratia marcescens so as to provide evidence for selecting indicator microorganisms of aerosol infective pathogenic bacteria. Methods The aerosol characteristics of S. marcescens was studied by air microbiological samplers and quantitative cultivation methods using different media. Results NMD of S.marcescens aerosol particles was 2. 29 μm using BGI nebulizers. The livability of S. marcescens was the best using PBS media and the survival rate was about 90% after the aerosol nebulized for 30 min. The livability of S. marcescens was reduced when the nebulization time was increased. But DV40 and BGI nebulizer had no difference on the livability of S.marcescens. Conclusion S. marcescens has good aerosol characteristics. It is applicable to surrogate the infective bacteria to do the research of lab operation risk evaluation.
