某医院2013-2014年医院感染现患率调查

Investigation on hospital infection rates of a hospital in 2013-2014

目的了解医院医住院患者院感染现状及医院感染管理中的问题,探讨有效防控措施。方法采用横断面调查方法,对某医院住院患者医院感染现患率进行调查,分析医院感染管理中存在问题。结果 2013年和2014年在相同调查日,该医院住院患者医院感染现患率分别为4.88%和3.29%。医院感染科室分布,2013年居前3位的科室是重症监护病房(ICU)、感染性疾病科和呼吸科;2014年居前3位的科室是ICU、普外科和感染性疾病科。感染部位分布,连续2年均以呼吸道和尿路感染为主。感染病原菌以革兰阴性杆菌和真菌为主。结论该医院住院患者医院感染控制重点是ICU和感染疾病科,重点加强呼吸道和泌尿道插管中的无菌操作和管道留置护理。

Objective To understand the hospital infection status of inpatients and the problems in the hospital infection management,explore the effective prevention and control measures. Methods Cross-sectional survey was used to investigate the hospital infection rates of inpatients,analysis the problems of hospital infection management. Results And in the same survey day in 2013 and 2014,the hospital infection rates were 4. 88% and 3. 29% respectively. The top three infection rate department in 2013 were intensive care unit（ ICU）,the infectious diseases department and respiratory. In2014,the top three of the department were ICU,general surgery,and infectious diseases department. Respiratory and urinary tract infection were the main infection siteof the two consecutive 2 years. The main infection of pathogen were Gram-negative bacteria and fungi. Conclusion The key department of hospital infection control were ICU and infection disease department. We will focus on developing the sterile operation in respiratory and urinary tract intubation and pipeline lien nursing.
