江苏省农村环境建设调查分析及对策

Investigation into the Rural Environment Construction and the Countermeasures in Jiangsu Province

通过对江苏省农村典型抽样问卷调查分析发现,农村环境建设取得了长足的进步,在基础设施建设、环保技术推广、村庄环境整治等方面收效良好。但是仍然存在污水设施不齐备、耕作习惯传统粗放、环保投入不足、环保技术采纳水平和环保意识不高等方面的问题。为促进江苏省农村环境建设,提出了加大省级环保投入、完善环保技术支持、调动农户积极性、满足农户需求等方面的对策建议。

Through the analysis of the questionnaires in Jiangsu Province,the paper discovered that there has been a progressive improvement in the rural environment,especially in infrastructure,technology and environment aspects.But many problems have been pointed out,such as lack of sewage treatment system and environmental funds,the extensive mode of tillage,and low level of technological adoption and environmental awareness.To promote the construction of rural environment,the following proposals are brought forth,that is,increasing provincial financial input,enhancing support of technology,stimulating initiative of farmers,and meeting demands of farmers,and so on.
