2013-2014年海南省青少年烟草使用影响因素监测结果分析

Monitoring on Associated Factors in Teenagers Using Cigarettes in Hainan Province in 2014

目的了解目前海南省青少年烟草使用情况,为创建无烟学校、建立区域性青少年烟草监测系统,制定青少年健康行为的干预措施提供依据。方法采用2013年中央补助地方健康素养促进行动项目方案规定的全球青少年烟草调查(GYTS)方法。结果调查结果显示,海南初中生吸烟率为14.2%,其中男生和女生的吸烟率分别为19.7%和2.5%其差异有统计学意义(χ2=212.02,P<0.01)。初中学生中,在家中暴露于二手烟者占49.1%且男女生差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.75,P>0.05);在室内公共场所暴露于二手烟者占74.1%,在学校暴露于二手烟者占66.2%,且二者的男女生差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.26、46.23,P<0.05)。48.6%的吸烟学生在商店、商场、街边小贩或者售货亭购烟;77.1%的吸烟学生在购买卷烟时未因年龄小被拒绝。65.3%的中学生在媒体上看到过控烟信息;67.8%的学生肯定地认为别人吸烟产生的烟草烟雾有害;64.4%的学生赞成禁止在室内公共场所吸烟。结论海南省中学生吸烟情况不容乐观,要加强海南省控烟力度,禁止市区内烟草广告,在学校普及控烟知识,营造无烟环境和氛围,确保青少年身心健康。

Objective To investigate the smoking status,and to provide a basis for establishing smoking- free school,and to establish regional tobacco monitoring system and formulating intervention measures on health behaviors of the teenagers in Hainan province. Methods Global Youth Tobacco Survey（ GYTS）,which was stipulated by the central subsidy to local health literacy in 2013,was used for investigation. Results According to the survey,14. 2% of junior school students were using tobacco products,among which male were 19. 7% and female were 2. 5%,（ χ2= 212. 02,P〈0. 01）. A total of 49. 1% were exposed to secondhand smoke at home,74. 1% in public place and 66. 2% at school,（ χ2= 6. 26,46. 23,P〈0. 05）. There were 48. 6% of the smoking students bought cigarettes in stores,markets,vendors or kiosks. And 77. 1% of them were not refused because of their age. There were 65. 3% junior school students got anti-tobacco message in media; and 67. 8%believed firmly that smoking was harmful and 64. 4% believed that smoking should be forbidden in enclosed public place. Conclusion The smoking status of junior school students is not optimistic. To benefit the physical and psychological health of teenagers,smoking should be taken into better control and tobacco advertisements ought to be forbidden in downtown. Additionally,smoking controlling knowledge is needed to be publicized in campus to create a smoking-free environment in Hainan.
