摘要
为了分析尼日尔硅藻土各粒级硅藻矿物含量,分别利用湿法筛分和擦洗后筛分2种方法对尼日尔硅藻土进行分级,采用扫描电子显微镜表征各粒级硅藻矿物的分级效果,利用水热碱溶法对各粒级硅藻矿物含量进行测定。结果表明:湿法筛分不能有效将硅藻矿物与石英、黏土解离;擦洗后筛分法可以将超过76%的硅藻矿物富集在小于75μm的颗粒中。
To analyze the diatom mineral content of each grain size from Niger diatomite, two ways of wet screening and screening after scrape-washing were respectively used to classify the Niger diatomite. The classification effect of diatom mineral of each grain size was characterized by SEM. The diatom mineral content of each grain size was tested by the method of water-heated alkaline reaction. The results show that the wet screening cannot separate diatom minerals from quartz and clay effectively.Screening after scrape-washing is an effective way to make more than 76% of diatom minerals concentrate in grain size less than 75 μm.
