摘要
简述了以石油化工、煤化工生产过程中副产的硫化氢为主要原料,与甲醇合成甲硫醇及甲硫醚,进而生产精细有机硫化工产品二甲基亚砜、二甲基二硫等的工艺流程。对比了甲硫醇硫化法和传统硫酸二甲酯-硫化钠法生产二甲基二硫的成本及三废排放指标,结果表明,采用甲硫醇硫化法制二甲基二硫成本、三废排放等方面均有优势,是石油化工、煤化工行业等处理硫化氢的良好途径。
Taking hydrogen sulfide produced in the oil chemistry and coal chemical industry as principal raw material, the paper introduced the process that hydrogen sulfide synthesized methanthiol and methylsulfide, and then produced fine organic sulfur chemical product dimethyl sulfoxide and dimethyl disulfide. Also, the cost and industrial three wastes discharge indexes of methanthiol sulfidization and traiditional dimethyl sulfate-sodium sulfide method to produce dimethyl disulfide were compared. And it was indicated that methanthiol sulfidization' s cost was lower than tradition's and industrial three wastes discharge reduced substantially.
