摘要
为提高焦炉煤气中粗苯的回收率,降低消耗,针对粗苯回收工段洗苯塔洗苯效率低、塔内捕雾器效率低、洗油循环量偏小的问题,制定了相应的技改方案。通过新上1台高效洗苯塔、加大洗油循环量、增加一级油油换热器、增加贫油水冷却器面积、采用负压脱苯技术等措施,使粗苯增产9 t/d,吨干煤的粗苯收率提高13%,吨苯耗洗油下降48%,吨苯耗煤气下降56%,苯吨耗蒸汽下降19%。
A technical renovation plan was worked out based on the problems existed in the crude benzene recycle section in order to recycle more crude benzene from the coke oven gas and decrease energy consumption. The renovation plan included the use of a new high efficient benzene wash column, the increase of the circulation rate of wash oil, the application of a one-stage oil/oil heat exchanger, the adoption of the negative pressure benzene separation technology, etc., and after revamping, the crude benzene output increased 9 t/d, the recovery percentage per ton of crude benzene increased 13%, the wash oil consumption for each ton of benzene decreased 48%, the coal gas consumption for each ton of benzene decreased 56% and the steam consumption for each ton of benzene decrease 19%.
