煤基氨联产天然气技改项目的技术经济可行性分析

摘要 针对现有中小合成氨企业产品结构不合理、产能过剩的状况,对湖南吐绿化工有限公司现有的合成氨生产装置进行技术改造,设计了煤基氨—天然气多联产系统,通过增设甲烷化与深冷液化分离系统,将CO+H2合成甲烷,通过深冷精馏分离技术,得到高附加值的"人工天然气",对此项技改的技术经济进行了分析,结果表明,煤制合成氨联产天然气是可行的,是企业实现转型升级的有效途径。 To overcome the problem of excess production capacity of the small and medium-sized ammonia plants due to their undesirable product structure, it was proposed to revamp those plants using their existing ammonia production facilities so that a poly-generation system could be realized to produce not only ammonia but also SNG which had higher added value. A techno-economic analysis was made on the Hunan Tulii Chemical Co., Ltd. and the result indicated that it was feasible for a coal-based ammonia plant to co-generate SNG, and the paper concluded that it was an efficient way for enterprises to revamp and upgrade their plants.
