摘要 研究高碳醇和聚醚酯消泡剂对不同脱墨剂的消泡和抑泡性能,通过单因素实验,探讨消泡剂加入量、温度、pH和起泡液对消泡剂性能的影响,优选出性能最佳消泡剂产品,为废纸脱墨生产过程中的消泡提供实验依据。研究结果表明,这2类消泡剂的较优使用条件为:消泡剂加入量5~10μL(基于起泡液的体积)、温度40-50℃、pH=6-7。 The defoaming and antifoaming properties of the defoamers with two types of high-carbon alcohol or polyester were studied. The impacts of the dosage of defoamer, temperature, pH and bubbly systems on the performance of defoamers were investigated through the single factor experiments to select out the premium defoamer product. It greatly help to support the defoaming in deinking procedure. It could be concluded that these defoamers should be used with the dosage of 5~10μL(based on volume of the bubbly systems)at 40-50℃ and pH=6-7 to get the best defoaming and antifoaming performance.
