摘要 胆管错构瘤（von meyenburg complexes,VMC）是一种罕见的肝脏良性病变,易与肝转移瘤等肝脏恶性占位性病变相混淆。该病主要是由于胆管板畸形引起[1-2],多于尸检或手术中偶然发现,其在尸检中的检出率为0.9%-5.6%[3]。本文报道1例成年男性VMC合并左半肝萎缩病例。1病例资料患者男性,
