奶牛养殖场粪污处理模式选择及影响因素分析——以北京市为例

Analysis on the model selection and influence factors of manure treatment in dairy farm——a case study of Beijing

基于北京市延庆、昌平、大兴、房山、密云5个区(县)和首农集团107个奶牛养殖场的调研数据,运用多元Logit模型对影响北京市奶牛养殖场粪污处理模式选择的因素进行计量分析。结果表明:养殖规模是影响牛场粪污处理模式选择的主要因素。以还田模式为参照,相关设备齐全度显著影响工业化处理模式的选择,而综合性处理模式更多受法人素质和补贴的影响。基于模型结论,建议按不同规模养殖场实际情况选择适宜的粪污处理模式,并加强法人环保意识,优化政策扶持方式,酌情为企业提供金融支持。

Based on the data of 107 dairy farms in Yanqing,Changping,Daxing,Fangshan,Miyun and Beijing Capital Agribusiness Group,the factors affecting the model selection of manure treatment in Beijing dairy farms were analyzed by multivariate Logit model.The results suggested that the breeding scale was the main factor affecting the mode selection of cattle manure treatment.Taking the field pattern as the reference,related equipment affected the choice of industrial processing mode significandy,while the comprehensive treatment model was more influenced by the legal person quality and the subsidy.Based on the model conclusion,the appropriate manure treatment mode should be chosen according to the actual situation of different scale farms,,and strengthening environmental protection awareness of legal person,optimizing policy support model,providing financial support to enterprises appropriately.
