摘要
上海市农业委员会信息中心依托市政务外网链路资源,2013年完成农业部视频会议系统向上海市属节点及沪郊区(县)的延伸,建成了"2+15"个双向高清视频会议会场,实现了部、市两级MCU级联,系统支持农业部、上海市农业委员会、上海市区(县)农委三级视频会议组网模式。从视频信号源的摄取、线路的传输、视频终端、MCU平台和本地视频图像的显示等各个环节均达到高清1080P标准。系统的应用降低了会议成本,提高了行政效率。
Based on the municipal e-government extranet,the Information Center extended the video conference system of the Ministry of Agriculture to the city proper and its suburbs in 2013,built ＂2 ＋15＂ two-way HD video conference rooms,and realized the cascade connection of MCU for both ministerial and municipal levels,with the system supporting a three-level（ministry,and municipal and areal commissions） video conference networking mode.The results showed that the high-definition 1080 P standard was reached in all links;video reception,line transmission,video terminal,MCU platform,local image display,and so on;The application of the system reduced the conference cost and improved the administrative efficiency.
