肺功能及血气分析对间质性肺疾病早期诊断及疗效观察的临床价值

The clinical value of lung function and blood gas analysis in early diagnosis and treatment of interstitial lung disease

目的观察肺功能及血气分析对间质性肺疾病(ILD)早期诊断及治疗效果的评价。方法对26例ILD患者治疗前后的肺功能和血气分析进行检测,通过配对t检验分析指标变化。结果结果显示ILD患者治疗前后,各项指标均有明显改善,其中,肺活量(VC)升高24.6%(P<0.01),用力肺活量(FVC)升高18.1%(P<0.01),一氧化碳弥散量(DLCO)升高25.6%(P<0.01);血气分析的动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)下降21.2%(P>0.05),动脉血氧分压(PaO2)升高8.2%(P>0.05)。结论肺功能及血气分析在ILD的早期诊断及疗效观察中有重要意义,能为临床诊断治疗及预后判断提供必要依据。

Objective To evaluate the value of lung function and blood gas analysis in early diagnosis and treatment of interstitial lung disease（ILD）. Methods The pulmonary function and blood gas of 26 cases of ILD patients were tested, and indicator change was analyzed by paired t test. Results Detection Comparison showed that the indicators were significantly improved：VC increased 24.6% （P〈0.01）,FVC increased 18, 1% （P〈0.01）,DLCO increased 25.6% （P〈0.01）;blood gas analysis of PaCO2 decreased 21.2% （P〈0.05） ,PaO2 increased 8.2 % （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Lung function and blood gas measurement are important in the early diagnosis and treatment of ILD,which can provide the necessary basis for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis.
