几种激素对球兰扦插生根的影响 被引量:3

摘要 探讨不同激素水平对球兰生根的影响,为球兰规模化生产提供参考依据。本试验选取了5种不同的球兰品种为试材,利用不同浓度(0.5、1.0和1.5g/L)的NAA、IAA、IBA和生根粉进行扦插快繁试验,统计最早生根时间、根数、平均根长、最长根长以及生根率。球兰是扦插易成活的品种,不用生长激素也可以生根;不同浓度的生长激素处理能提高球兰扦插的生根率、生根数量、长度及提早生根时间,其中IAA1.0g/L效果最好,因此,推荐今后在生产上用IAA1.0g/L进行大规模的球兰快繁。 Effects of different hormones levels on root growth of Hoya spp.were studied to provide references for improving survival rate of cuttage and propagation.Cuttings of five Hoya spp.were soaked in different concentrations(0.5、1.0and1.5g/L)of growth hormones(NAA、IAA、IBA and Rooting Powder)and water(no growth hormone).The earliest rooting time,the number of root,the length of average root,the longest length of root and survival rate were recorded.The cutting of Hoya spp.were easy to take root.The rate of rooting was very high.Different concentrations of growth hormones could improve survival rate,the earliest rooting time,the length of root and the number of root etc.,especially IAA 1.0g/L was the best.Therefore,it is recommended to use IAA 1.0g/L in the production of large scale propagation of Hoyain the future.
