绒毛白蜡嫩枝扦插繁殖技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 以2年生绒毛白蜡实生苗嫩枝枝条为试验材料,采用三因素(激素种类、激素浓度及处理时间)三水平正交试验设计,研究不同扦插环境下白蜡嫩枝扦插繁殖技术。结果表明:不同环境下绒毛白蜡嫩枝扦插成活率由高到低为:炼苗温室、沙盘和遮阴网下育苗箱。在温度和湿度可控的炼苗温室内的扦插实验与生长激素种类关系不大,其中以200mg/L的NAA处理2h时最优,扦插成活率达100%,平均扦插成活率为79.5%。而在沙盘及遮阴网下育苗箱环境下扦插成活率与生长激素种类、浓度及处理时间均有密切关系,沙盘环境下,400mg/L的IBA∶NAA=10∶1处理1h时最优,扦插成活率达80%,平均扦插成活率为59.5%;遮阴网下育苗箱环境下,200mg/L的IBA∶NAA=1∶1处理0.5h时最优,扦插成活率达80%,平均扦插成活率为44%。 Softwood cutting propagation technology of Fraxinus velutina was studied under different environmental conditions.The orthogonal test was designed based on 2-year-old ash seedling twigs in different growth hormone,hormone concentration and processing time.The main results are as follows:the decreasing order of cuttage survival rate under different environment:greenhouse,sand table,nursery box under shade net.Cuttage experiment has no relationship with growth hormone in the controlled temperature and humidity in the greenhouse,The best combination for Fraxinus velutinasoftwood cutting under greenhouse conditions was plant growth regulator NAA,treatment time two hour,concentration 200 ppm,the cutting survival rate of100 percent was presented,however,experiment has closely relationship with plant growth regulator,concentration and treatment time in the sand table and nursery box under shade net.The best combination for Fraxinus velutinasoftwood cutting under the sand table conditions was plant growth regulator IBANAA=101,treatment time one hour,concentration 400 ppm,the cutting survival rate of 80 percent was presented,the average cutting survival rate of 59.5percent was presented;The best combination for Fraxinus velutinasoftwood cutting in the nursery box under shade net was plant growth regulator IBANAA=11,treatment time half an hour,concentration 200 ppm,the cutting survival rate of 80 percent was presented,the average cutting survival rate of 44 percent was presented.
