摘要
针对接触式压平眼压计测量头前表面平面度检定中存在的问题,介绍了一种相对有效的检定测量头前表面中心4 mm区域平面度的方法,并讨论了非垂直观察对干涉光程差和干涉条纹图片变形度的影响,这对国内接触式压平眼压计测量头前表面平面度的检定工作具有一定的借鉴意义。
According to the front surface flatness of GAT head over a central area of 4 mm diameter, a relative effective veriifcation method has been carried out in this paper, and further discussion has been made on the inlfuence of the optical path difference and the fringes image deformation caused by the vertical observation bias. This study is a significant reference to the veriifcation work on front surface lfatness of GAT head.
