将节点控制理论引入住院医疗流程管理中,以患者出入院为主线,梳理整个住院医疗流程,确定关键节点。采取根因分析法、PDCA循环管理等质量管理方法,在住院医疗流程管理中实施节点控制。运用信息化手段,对流程管理中的关键环节、管理难点进行梳理、优化和改造,并作有效性的跟踪评价,从而突破瓶颈限制,实现住院医疗全流程管理,确保患者医疗质量与安全。

By introducing the theory of node control in hospital medical process management, patient admission and discharge as the main line, and combing the whole hospitalization process to identify critical nodes. Using root cause analysis, PDCA and other quality management methods and information technology tools to implementation of the node control in inpatient care process management. Through sorting, optimization, transformation and tracking the effectiveness of the evaluation of the key process and difficulties of management, to breaking the bottleneck restriction and achieve full hospitalization process management, to ensure the quality of patient care and safety.
