Application of surveillance process reengineering of hospital-acquired infection to reduce rate of hospital-acquired infection

目的:加强医院感染管理,降低医院感染率。方法:采用德国KTQ认证,结合医院实际和医院感染管理特点,进行医院感染监测流程再造。结果:医院感染监测流程再造提高了医院感染工作质量,降低了医院感染发生率。结论:引进德国KTQ认证,实现医院感染监测流程再造,优化了医院感染管理模式,实现了从终末管理向节点管理的转变,提高了医疗质量管理水平。

Objectives： To strengthen hospital infection management and reduce rate of hospital-acquired infection （HA1）. Methods： Taking KTQ certifications combined with our actual status and characteristic of HAl management, to re-engineer the surveillance process of HAl. Results： Reengineering of surveillance process of HAl reduced rate of HAl. Conclusion： Introduction of KTQ certifications and application of reengineering of HAl surveillance process optimized the management mode of HAl, changed the hospital from the terminal management to node management and improved the level of medical quality management.
