摘要
通过对我国公立医院薪酬制度历史沿革的梳理,指出当前对公立医院薪酬制度的研究主要集中在薪酬设计与管理、薪酬结构、薪酬满意度、绩效评价等几个方面。进而提出适应我国行业特点的公立医院薪酬制度设计,应从明确薪酬制度设计的目标、制定薪酬制度设计的原则、改善薪酬结构、完善绩效考核、薪酬制度设计要兼顾公益性等方面加以考虑。
