Optimization of subsea gas pipeline maintenance schedule

摘要 为了实现海底输气管道维修的顺利、便捷、高效和经济作业,基于海上输气管道维修作业复杂性和特殊性的特点,以及输气管道维修中各个工序和关键路径,通过分析影响维修作业的各种因素,利用甘特图法对海底输气管道维修进度计划进行优化调整,建立了一套系统化的海上输气管道维修作业流程,并针对海底输气管道维修过程中的制约因素,提出了合理性的改进意见和实施措施。在一定条件下,该流程能够减少海底管道维修作业工期滞后的问题,降低海上维修作业带来的经济损失。 In order to repair and maintain subsea gas pipelines smoothly, conveniently, efficiently and economically, a set of systematic maintenance process is established by optimizing subsea gas pipeline maintenance schedule by means of Gantt chart method, the analysis is conducted on the complexity and particularity of subsea gas pipeline maintenance and various factors affecting the maintenance operations on the basis of each procedure and key pathway. Moreover, some rational improvement suggestions and measures are put forward against the factors restraining subsea gas pipeline maintenance. Under certain conditions, this process can shorten time lag and reduce economic loss caused by subsea gas pipeline maintenance. (1 Figure, 1 Table, 10 References)
