摘要
在原油贸易交接计量时,体积管是现场检定流量计的标准装置,体积管水标是确定体积管标准容积值及其重复性、复现性的重要方法。为保证体积管水标成功率和体积管标准容积值的准确与可靠,从水标所涉及的诸多环节出发,充分考虑各环节可能存在的细小问题,结合多年的工作经验,筛选出具有代表意义的关键点,从原因、造成的影响及改进措施或建议等方面展开阐述。实际水标工作中,人员、环境、设备等任何一方面的因素均可能会影响检定工作的顺利进行,而很多容易被忽视的细小问题,如滴漏控制、离心泵气密性与发热程度等,往往会使检定过程陷入困境,不仅浪费大量的时间、人力和物力,而且可能导致错误的检定结果。
At crude oil custody transfer, pipe prover is the standard device for calibrating flowmeter on site, while calibration is a critical means to determine the standard volume of pipe prover and its repeatability and reproducibility. In view of aspects in calibration, this paper expounds the causes and effects of some possible minor problems therein and relevant improvements or suggestions after screening out certain representative points in practices, in order to successfully complete the calibration and obtain accurate and reliable standard volume of pipe prover. In actual operation, any element in personnel, environment or equipment may obstacle the process of calibration, and a lot of minor problems that are often ignorable, like leakage control, air impermeability of centrifugal pump and heat generation, may lead the calibration process in trouble. In this case, a lot of time, manpower or material is spent, and wrong calibration results may be obtained. (1 Figure, 7 References)
