晶体硅太阳电池太阳吸收率的影响因素分析

INFLUENCE FACTOR ANALYSIS OF SOLAR ABSORPTIVITY OF CRYSTALLINE SILICON SOLAR CELL

摘要 建立晶体硅太阳电池对太阳光的吸收模型,根据模型讨论影响硅太阳电池太阳吸收率的各种因素,进行相关分析和计算。探讨太阳电池的结构和制备工艺对太阳吸收率的影响,并通过相应的试验进行验证。研究表明,铝背反射器、硅片表面形貌、硼扩散浓度对晶体硅太阳电池的太阳吸收率有较大的影响,采用带通滤光玻璃盖片可显著降低具有陷光结构的高效率硅太阳电池的太阳吸收率。 A sunlight absorption optical model for crystalline silicon solar cell was established. According to this optical model, the influence factors on solar absorptivity of silicon solar cell were analyzed and calculated, the influence of the solar cell structure and process on solar absorptivity was discussed. These analyses and discusses were validated by experiments. The results showed that aluminum back surface reflector, silicon surface morphology and boron diffusion concentration exert important influence on solar absorptivity, furthermore the solar absorptivity for high efficiency silicon solar cell with light trap structures can be reduced by using BRR cover glass.
