摘要
采用电化学法从含砷、锑金精矿的碱性硫化钠浸出液中电沉积锑。优化电积过程工艺参数,并考察此过程溶液中金的走向。结果表明,在电积温度50℃、阴极电流密度250A/m2的条件下进行电积,金会随着锑一同在阴极板上沉积,得到阴极锑纯度为97.12%,阴极锑含金22g/t。电积过程中添加聚乙二醇以及降低电流密度可以有效改善阴极锑的质量。
Antimony was electrodeposited from sodium sulphide alkaline leaching solution of antimonybearing gold concentrates by electrochemical process.Electrodeposition parameters were optimized and trend of gold was investigated.The results show that gold deposits on cathode board together with antimony under the conditions including electrodeposition temperature of 50℃,and current density of 250A/m2.Purity of cathode antimony is 97.12% with gold content of 22g/t.Quality of cathode antimony can be effectively improved by adding polyethylene glycol and reducing current density.
