摘要
利用高压DSC(HP-DSC)研究了Na2O-Al2O3-SiO2-H2O体系中生成水化石榴石的反应动力学。采用微分方程法对DSC曲线进行了分析,得到了该反应的动力学参数。结果表明,水化石榴石生成反应的表观活化能为191.17kJ/mol,指前因子为2.767 3s-1,其反应机理为随机成核和随后生长,并符合Mample单行法则。
Generation kinetics of hydrogarnet in Na2O-Al2O3-SiO2-H2O system was investigated by High- pressure Differential Scanning Calorimetry (HP-DSC). Kinetics parameters of reaction were obtained by analysis on DSC curves with differential equation method. The results show that the apparent activation energy and pre-exponential constant of this reaction are 191.17 kJ/mol and 2. 767 3 s-1 respectively. The reaction mechanism includes random nucleation and growth in accordance with Mample single rule.
