摘要
目前中西医结合在全国广泛开展并取得了一定成绩,但由于对中医经典的继承不足和中西医概念的理解偏差,某些治疗进入了误区。故探讨中西医结合治疗缺血性脑卒中存在的常见问题,对脑卒中的中医预防和急救进行了阐述;对平肝息风法的应用以及血压、血糖的严格控制提出了不同意见,并从历史和临床出发肯定了续命汤等经方治疗中风的确切疗效,探讨了脑卒中的发生机制,对中西医结合中存在的问题亦有一定的借鉴意义。
The combination of TCM and Western medicine has widely carried out in China,and made certain achievements. But not enough attention is payed to the inheritance of TCM Classics in this process,due to the concept understanding deviation about TCM with western medicine,some treatment has entered a misunderstanding. We tried to discuss some problems about the treatment of ischemic stroke by the integrative medicine. We expounded the prevention and first aid of stroke in TCM,and affirmed the exact effect of Classical Prescriptions such as Xiaoxuming Decoction. And we also put forward different views to the commonly used method in the treatment of ischemic stroke in TCM at present.
