骨痿膏方应用于骨质疏松性椎体骨折PKP术后的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨中药骨痿膏方治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折经皮椎体后凸成形术(Percutaneous Kypho Plasty,PKP)术后疼痛等疗效的临床研究。方法:将2014年1月至12月我院骨科门诊收治的骨质疏松性椎体骨折PKP术后的60例患者以1∶1比例按随机数字表法分为2组,其中对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用骨痿膏方,疗程均为6个月。治疗结束后,比较2组患者疼痛、功能和骨密度变化的临床疗效,测定指标包括治疗前后的视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS评分)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、Cobb角及骨密度(BMP)变化。结果:研究结束后,治疗组患者在疼痛、功能等症状的改善方面均优于对照组,VAS评分、ODI和BMP2组比较差异有统计学意义。结论:骨痿膏方联合常规西药对于治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折PKP术后的临床疗效可能优于单纯应用常规西药,建议在临床上推广使用。 Objective: To explore the clinical effect of treating osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture postoperative PKP( percutaneous kypho plasty) with Guwei paste prescription. Methods: 60 cases of outpatients with osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture postoperative PKP in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 were randomly allocated into two groups with a 1∶ 1-ratio. Patients in the control group received conventional Western Medicine. Patients in the treatment group received Guwei paste prescription,besides the conventional Western Medicine. Measurements were performed after 180 ± 7 days treatment. The following data were collected: the change of bone mineral density( BMP),VAS and ODI before and after the treatment. Results: After the treatment,BMP,VAS and ODI were obviously higher than before,which was obviously higher than control group. Conclusion: Guwei paste prescription plus conventional Western Medicine maybe better than the same conventional Western Medicine alone for patients with osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture postoperative PKP. A widely clinical use could be recommended.
