基于文本挖掘技术探索黄芪建中汤的应用规律

Exploring the Treatment Principle of Huang Qi Jian Zhong Decoction Based on Text Mining

目的:基于文本挖掘技术探索黄芪建中汤用药规律。方法:在中国生物医学文献服务系统中收集黄芪建中汤文献数据,利用文本挖掘方法挖掘相关疾病及中医证候、症状、西药等规律,制作网络关系图。结果:在与疾病相关性中,常用于治疗消化性溃疡、胃炎、肿瘤等疾病;在与证候相关性中,常用于脾胃虚寒、肝胃不和等证;在与症状相关性中,常用于溃疡、胃痛、里急等症状;在与西药联用中,常联用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林等西药。结论:利用文本挖掘技术获得了比较客观全面的黄芪建中汤用药规律,可为临床应用提供有益参考。

Objective： To Explore the treatment principle of Huang qi jian zhong Decoction with text mining technique.Methods： All the references of Huang qi jian zhong Decoction were collected from Chinese Bio Medical Literature Database（ CBM）,and then the rules of the relative diseases,Chinese medical pattern,syndromes and western medicines were analyzed. Finally,a network was set up. Results： The diseases such as peptic ulcer,gastritis and tumor were often treated with Huang qi jian zhong Decoction. The traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of Huang qi jian zhong Decoction treated were mainly correlated with insufficiency cold of the spleen and stomach and disharmony between the liver and the stomach.The frequently reported symptoms of Huang qi jian zhong Decoction treated were ulcer,stomachache and tenesmus. For western medicines,Huang qi jian zhong Decoction was usually used together with omeprazole and amoxicillin. Conclusions：Comprehensive and systematic treatment principle of Huang qi jian zhong Decoction is obtained by text mining,which is helpful in clinical application.
