地方高校“双师型”教师培养模式研究——以播音与主持艺术专业为例

On the Cultivation of " Double Type" Teachers in Local Colleges:A Case Study of Broadcasting and Hosting Art Specialty

在中国,地方高校在全国高校中比重较大,主要承担着培养应用性人才的责任。由于最近几年传媒专业的兴起,地方高校中相继开设播音与主持艺术专业,在具体的教育教学中慢慢出现重理论、轻实践的问题,直接导致了该专业的教师缺乏实践操作能力。播音与主持艺术专业属于实践性的专业,从而学校教育与社会需求出现严重脱节。基于以上原因,地方高校的播音与主持艺术专业应该大力培养"双师型"教师,加快提高教师的实践能力,这是当前的亟需解决的问题。

Compared to other universities and colleges in China, the number of local colleges is much larger, which are responsible for the cultivating the practical talents. As the rise of the media in recent years, many local colleges also undertake cultivating the applied talents through the specialties of broadcasting and hosting art; however, during the cultivation, there exists a trend that most teachers in these colleges highlight teaching theory rather than the practical problems, which directly leads to the lack of practical ability of professional teachers and the students. Based on the above reasons, we should culti- vate ＂ double type＂ teachers in broadcasting and hosting art specialty in local colleges in order to increase teachers＇practical ability.
