摘要
邪教组织的组成形式、犯罪活动方式不断发生变化,现有法律法规难以适应具体案件的办理。两高已将办理组织和利用邪教组织犯罪案件适用法律若干问题列入司法解释制定计划。文章就此类案件在办理过程中适用法律所遇到的典型问题进行梳理分析,以期对类案办理有所裨益。
The form of evil organizations changes constantly,so do the ways of their Criminal activities.It is difficult to apply the existing laws and regulations to crimes related to evil organizations.Supreme People＇s Court and Supreme People＇s Procuratorate have already made a plan to give related judicial explanation.This article analyzes some typical problems of such cases and puts forward some solutions.
