社会管理创新视阈下高校共青团工作创新路径研究

Research on Innovation Path of the Communist Youth League Work from the Perspective of Social Management Innovation

高校共青团工作作为社会工作的一个重要组成部分,在当前的形势下以社会管理创新的总要求来进一步加强和改进高校共青团工作具有重要的意义。此文通过阐述社会管理创新对加强高校共青团工作的作用机理,并从工作环境日趋复杂化、工作对象呈现新特点、工作观念载体陈旧化等三个方面指出社会管理创新下高校共青团工作面临的主要困境。因此,社会管理创新视阈下高校共青团工作转型发展的具体路径可以从加强学习,树立社会管理创新的工作理念;注重实效,构建社会管理创新的运行机制;主动创新,打造社会管理创新的网络平台等三个方面入手。

The Communist Youth League＇s work in Colleges and universities is an important part of the social work.In the current situation,it is significant to further strengthen and improve the work of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities so as to meet the general requirements of social management and innovation.This paper expounds the role of social management innovation in strengthening the work of the Communist Youth League in Colleges and universities,and the main difficulties from the three aspects：the more complex work environment,the new features of the work,the old work ethic.The paper finally puts forward detailed innovation path from three perspectives.
