复合微生物肥料对小油菜种子发芽及根系生长的影响 被引量:7

摘要 通过纸床培养及盆栽试验,研究了一种复合微生物肥料对小油菜种子发芽及根系生长的影响。结果表明:不同浓度的稀释液对种子发芽率的影响有一定差异,其中,800倍稀释液处理组种子发芽率最高,为92.4%,比清水对照组的种子发芽率提高11.4%;1000倍稀释液的发芽率为85.3%,比对照组种子发芽率略高;500倍稀释液的发芽率为78%,低于对照组种子发芽率。处理后的种子发芽后进行盆栽试验,分别于第15、25、35天对小油菜根系长度、重量指标进行分析,复合微生物肥料对根系的促进作用越来越明显,到第35天,500倍、800倍、1 000倍稀释液处理组最长根长分别为8.40、11.33、8.13 cm,分别超出对照组39.3%、87.9%、34.8%;根系鲜重分别为1.68、2.11、1.75g,分别超出对照组12.0%、40.7%、16.7%。 Trough paper-bed culture and pot experiment,the effects of a kind of compound microbial fertilizer on the edible rape seed germination and root growth was investigated in this paper. The results showed that different concentrations of compound microbial fertilizer showed different control efficiencies on seed germination rate,800 times dilution liquid treatment group showed the highest germination rate, 92.4%,increased by 11.4% compared with the control group;the germination rate of 1 000 times dilution liquid treatment group was 85.3% ,which was slightly higher than that in the control group;the germination rate of 500 times dilution liquid treatment group was 78% ,lower than that in the control group. Pot experiment was carried out after the germination of treated seeds ,the root length and fresh weight of edible rape were analyzed respectively in the 15th day,25th day and 35th day. The effect of compound microbial fertilizer on root system was becoming more and more obvious,on the 35th day,the maximum root length of 500 times,800 times, 1 000 times dilution group were 8.40 cm, 11.33 cm,8.13 cm,respectively beyond the control group 39.3%, 87.9%, 34.8% ;and the fresh weight of root system was 1.68 g, 2.11 g, 1.75 g, respectively beyond the control group 12.0%, 40.7%, 16.7%.
