摘要
一些现代药理学的研究结果显示,苦参中的苦参碱型生物碱有很好的镇痛消炎作用,其中包括赝靛叶碱。本文介绍了一种从苦参中提取赝靛叶碱的方法,结果表明:收集的赝靛叶碱纯度≥95%。
Some modem pharmacological research results showed that the Matrine type alkaloids in Sophoraflavescens had good analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects,including Pseudo baptifoline.This paper introduced a method of extracting Pseudo baptifoline from Sophoraflavescens, the results showed that the purity of Pseudo baptifoline collected was greater than or equal to 95%.
