摘要
目的:探讨舒适护理干预对肝癌介入治疗患者的影响。方法:选取2013年9月-2015年1月笔者所在医院收治的60例肝癌介入治疗患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将所选患者分为研究组和对照组,各30例,对照组给予常规护理干预,研究组给予舒适护理干预,综合比较两组患者护理满意度及并发症情况。结果:研究组护理满意度为100%,高于对照组的76.7%(P<0.05);研究组患者术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理干预应用于肝癌介入治疗患者效果确切,值得临床推广使用。
Objective：To investigate the influence of nursing intervention on the interventional therapy in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma.Method：60 HCC patients were selected as the research object in our hospital from September 2013 to January 2015,they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,each of 30 cases,the control group was given routine nursing intervention,the study group was given comprehensive nursing intervention,two groups of patients＇ satisfaction to nursing care and complications were compared.Result：Nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100%,it was higher than 76.7% in the control group（P〈0.05）;the study group patients with postoperative complication rate was lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention applied in interventional therapy of liver cancer patients is effective and it is worthy of clinical use.
