医学学科专业化是医学知识增长和技术进步的必然结果,是医学专业技术向高层次发展的必经之路。医学学科专业化有利于提高诊疗质量和促进学科发展。笔者所在医院口腔科实行专业化建设以来取得良好经济与社会效益,结合笔者所在医院口腔科运营模式,分析探讨综合医院口腔科未来的发展方向。

Medical specialization is the inevitable result of medical knowledge growth and the technology advancement and the only way which must be passed of medical technology development to a high level.Medical specialization is conducive to improve the quality of diagnosis and treatment,and promote the development of discipline.The department of stomatology has achieved good economic and social benefits since implemented the medical specialization building.Analysising the development direction in the future of department of stomatology in general hospital.
