The theory of ＂literary subjectivity＂ is the cornerstone of Liu Zaifu＇s literary thought.His Literary theory is a unique product of the historical context in the new epoch and plays an important role in opposing the doctrines of mechanical reflection theories and promoting the literature development and theoretical criticism in the new period.At the same time,however,Liu＇s theory has many defects and problems,which has been the object of criticism by many scholars.Therefore,a historical attitude of criticism and inheritance is required to study Liu Zaifu＇s literary thought — affirming its value while continuously improving and transcending.
