摘要
以MgCl2·6H2O和NH4HCO3为原料,采用低温水热法合成了三水碳酸镁晶须。在最优工艺条件下,向反应体系中加入表面活性剂或醇类溶剂,考察添加剂种类对三水碳酸镁晶须形貌的影响。结果表明:添加KH2PO4和Na2HPO4,产物直径较大,长短不均一;添加NaH2PO4,产物长径比没有明显增加,但是晶须直径有所减小;添加十二烷基硫酸钠可制得高长径比的一维针状晶须。添加乙醇可制得长短均匀的产物,添加丙三醇制得束状结构产物。
Magnesium carbonate tri-hydratewhisker( Mg CO3·3H2O) was synthetized by low-temperature hydrothermaltechnique using Mg Cl2·6H2O solution and NH4HCO3 solution as source. Surface active agent or alcohol solvent was added in the reaction system under the optimal process conditions. The influence ofadditive type on themorphology of Mg CO3·3H2O was researched. The results showed thatadding KH2PO4 and Na2HPO4,the aspect ratiowas larger but the length was uneven. The aspect ratios had no obvious increase while whisker diameter decreased with Na H2PO4. Added sodium dodecyl sulfate could obtainhigh aspect ratio one-dimensional acicular crystal whisker. Length uniform product could be obtained with ethanol; what is more,sheaf-likestructure product could be obtained with glycerol.
