摘要
随着国际金属钠产业发展,我国金属钠生产的规模越来越大,生产过程中自动控制水平整体上还处于手工状态,自动刮刀技术处于全球技术空白,没有相关文献及技术支撑;现金属钠领域电解槽刮刀操作,长期以来均采用人工定时手动对刮刀进行操作,但不能保证电解槽钠上升管有效畅通。在生产过程中,由于电解槽环境温度高、烟尘量较大,手动刮刀的操作频次高、造成电解槽操作综合劳动强度较大,易导致操作人员流失,长此以往导致岗位员工操作水平参差不齐,致使电解槽无法长期稳定。
As the development of international sodium metal industry,sodium metal production scale is increasing in our country,which the level of automation is still as a whole in the manual state. There was no relevant literature and technical support. Now sodium metal cell scraper field operation is timed manually artificial scraper operation for a long time,but can not guarantee an effective flow of sodium cell riser. In the production process,due to high ambient temperature of electrolyzer and a large amount of soot,manual blade operation frequency is high,which will integrate labor intensity in cell operation. Then it will lead to the loss of the operators,which results in operating level of staff uneven over time. The cell can not maintain long-term and stable.
