当归新品种岷归5号选育及标准化栽培技术研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的:选育出丰产性好抗病性强且内在质量优良的当归新品种。方法:采用系统选择法,于 1998年选择大叶型当归单株→1999年进行结籽期选择试验→2000年进行苗期选择试验→2001—2003年进行新品系成药期鉴定试验→2004—2006年进行新品系DG2005-02品比试验→2007—2011年进行区域试验和生产示范。结果:选育出的当归新品种岷归5号较对照品种岷归1号增产17.4%,特/一等归出成率提高13.3%,无麻口病株率提高17.1%,早薹率降低5.2%,总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物、阿魏酸等指标显著优于《中华人民共和国药典》2010版标准。结论:选育出的岷归5号和标准化栽培技术为当归高产优质抗病生产提供了新的种质资源,并丰富了当归育种学理论。适宜在海拔2000~2600 m,年降水量500~600 mm的二阴及高寒阴湿生态区推广应用。 Objective:Breeding the new variety of Angelica sinensis with high yield, good disease-resistance and excellent inner quality by applying the individual selection method. Methods:Using the system selection method, a big leaf type angelica plant was selected in 1998→seed period selection in1999→seedling period selection in 2000→new strains medicine evaluation test from 2001 to 2003→the new strain DG2005-02 comparison test with other lines from 2004 to 2006→regional test and production demonstration from 2007 to 2011. Results:The yield of Angelica new variety of Mingui No.5, compared with the control variety of Mingui No 1 increased by 17.4%, the rate of PL, first-class products increased by 13.3%, the rate of no ditylenchus destructor plants increased by 17.1%, while the rate of early bolting reduced by 5.2%. The index of total ash, acid insoluble ash, extract and ferulic acid was significantly better than that of the 2010 version of “Chinese Pharmacopoeia” standard. Conclusion:Breeding of Mingui No.5 and its standardized cultivation techniques provided new germplasm resources for the production of Angelica with high yield, good quality and resistance to diseases, and enriched the theory of angelica breeding. The variety is suitable for application in damp cold ecological regions at an altitude of 2000-2600 m with precipitation 500-600 mm per year.
