中青年男性2型糖尿病患者伴勃起功能障碍与血清睾酮水平的相关性研究

Correlation of erectile dysfunction and serum testosterone levels in young and middle- aged men with type 2 diabetes

目的:分析研究中青年男性2型糖尿病患者伴勃起功能障碍的血清睾酮水平。方法:选择2010年9月至2013年7月怀化市第三人民医院中青年男性2型糖尿病伴勃起功能障碍的患者40例、糖尿病无勃起功能障碍患者40例作为临床研究对象。对两组患者均进行血糖、血脂、黄体生成素、血清睾酮等进行测定,观察测定结果。结果:两组患者的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、HDL-C、LDL-C对比差异不明显,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。两组患者LH、FSH比较差异不明显,P>0.05。两组患者的FT、c FT对比差异不明显,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论:中青年男性2型糖尿病伴勃起功能障碍与血清睾酮水平无明显的关系。

Objectives： To analyze the correlation of erectile dysfunction and serum testosterone levels in young and middle- aged men with type 2 diabetes. Methods： 40 patients with type- 2 diabetes and erectile dysfunction and 40 patients with only type- 2 diabetes in our hospital from September 2010 to July 2013 were selected.The blood sugar,blood lipids,luteinizing hormone,testosterone and etc. were measured to observe the measurement results. Results： The fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,cholesterol,triglycerides,HDL- C and LDL- C of the two groups were compared. There was no significant difference,P〈0. 05,and the difference was not statistically significant. LH and FSH of the two groups had no significant difference,P〈0. 05. FT and c FT of the two groups were not significantly different（ P〈0. 05） and the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion： Type- 2 diabetes and erectile dysfunction and serum testosterone levels are not significantly related in young and middle- aged male patients.
