中青年男性高血压患者中同型半胱氨酸含量与勃起功能障碍发生的关系

Relationship between content of Hcy and incidence rate of ED in young male hypertensives

目的:探讨高同型半胱氨酸(HHcy)是否为高血压患者同时患有勃起功能障碍(ED)的原因。方法:入选120例高血压III级中青年男性患者,测定不同程度高血压患者的勃起功能障碍发病率,分别测定血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)浓度,进行IIEF-5评分,并且比较二者的相关性。结果:随着血清Hcy平均水平升高,患者平均血压水平越高,ED的发病率越高,平均IIEF-5评分越低。结论:高血压患者同时患有勃起功能障碍的原因与血清中Hcy水平升高有一定关系。

Objectives： To investigate whether high homocysteine（ HHcy） is the cause of erectile dysfunction（ ED） for hypertensive patients. Methods： 120 young male patients with grade III hypertension were selected.The concentration of serum Hcy and the score of IIEF- 5 were measured to understand the correlation of them. The incidence of erectile dysfunction in patients with different degrees of hypertension was measured. Results： With the increase of the serum Hcy level,the blood pressure and the incidence of erectile dysfunction increased,and the IIEF- 5 scores decreased. Conclusion： The reason that hypertension patients suffer erectile dysfunction may be ahigh level of homocysteine.
