过渡期护理照护对冠心病患者依从性的影响研究

The effect of nursing compliance after nursing intervention to patients with coronary heart disease during transition period

目的 探讨过渡期护理照护对冠心病患者依从性的影响,为冠心病患者从医院到家庭过渡期护理模式的建立提供科学依据.方法 将我科2014年3～12月冠心病患者255例随机分为两组,对照组125例,试验组130例.对照组按常规方法实施照护;试验组除常规方法外根据患者不同情况制订针对性的护理干预措施,实施过渡期护理照护方案.结果 试验组满意度和再入院率显著优于对照组（P＜0.01）.试验组遵医嘱咐按时按量服药评分、均衡进食评分、正确选择食物种类评分、坚持运动评分、情绪管理评分、随身携带硝酸甘油评分、监测病情变化评分和定期复查评分显著优于对照组（P＜0.01）.结论 实施过渡期护理照护,可明显提高患者的用药、饮食、活动及疾病自我监测的依从性,提高患者的自我管理能力及满意度,减少再入院率与门诊率,促进和维护患者健康.

Objective To explore the effect of nursing compliance after nursing intervention to patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From March to December 2014, 255 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into two groups, control group with 125 cases and the treatment group with 130, conventional nursing was provided in the control group while targeted nursing intervention was applied in treatment group. Results In satisfaction and readmission rates, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.01）. In medication on time score, balanced eating score, the correct choice of the type of food score, adhere to sports scores, emotional management score, carry nitroglycerin score, monitor changes in condition score and regularly review score, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can obviously improve the patient＇s medication, diet, activities and disease self monitoring compliance, self-management ability and improve patients satisfaction while reducing the rate of readmission rate and outpatient service, promoting and safeguarding the health of patients.
