内皮型一氧化氮合酶G894T基因多态性与亚洲人群糖尿病肾病相关性研究的Meta分析

摘要 目的探讨内皮型一氧化氮合酶(NOS3或eNOS)G984T基因多态性与亚洲人群糖尿病肾病易感性的关系。方法检索PubMed、EMBASE、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库已发表的关于NOS3G984T基因多态性与亚洲人群糖尿病易感性的符合纳入标准的文献,应用Meta分析软件对各研究综合分析此基因在亚洲人群中同糖尿病肾病关系。结果共9篇文献纳入本研究,病例组合计808例;对照组合计928例。Meta分析结果显示,TT与GG基因型相对危险度(RR)=1.98,95%可信区间(C1)1.15~3.40,P〈0.01;TG与GG基因型:RR=2.05,95%C1:1.63~2.58,P〈0.01;TT/TG与GG基因型:RR=2.08,95%CI:1.67~2.60,P〈0.01;TT与TG/GG基因型:RR:1.74,95%CI:1.04~2.92,P〈0.05;T与G等位基因:RR=1.81,95%CI:1.51~2.17,P〈0.01。结论NOS3 G984T基因多态性与亚洲人群糖尿病肾病有明显易感性。 Objective To investigate the association between polymorphism of Nitric oxide syn- thase3 ( NOS3 ) G894T and -diabetic nephropathy in Asian. Methods Studies on NOS3 G894T and- dia- betic nephropathy in Asian were screened by PubMed, EMBSE, CBM, CNKI. RR and 95% CI were calcu- lated to evaluated the association-between polymorphism of NOS3 G894T and diabetic nephropathy in Asi- an. Results 9 studies with 808 cases and 928 controls were included. The significant association of this polymorphism with diabetic nephropathy in Asian was found( TT vs GG:RR = 1.98,95 % C1:1.15-3.40, P 〈0.01 ;TG vs GG:RR =2.05,95% CI: 1.63-2.58 ,P 〈0.01 ; TT/TG vs GG:RR = 2.08,95% CI: 1.67- 2.60 ,P 〈0.01 ;Tr vs TG/GG:RR = 1.74,95% CI: 1.04-2.92,P 〈 0.05 ;T vs G:RR = 1.81,95% CI: 1.51-2.17 ,P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion There was a significant association between NOS3 G894T and dia- betic nephropathy in Asian.
