摘要
火力发电站在用的主蒸汽管道的规格、材料与设计不符,实际使用管道的重量较原设计大幅降低,导致按原设计要求选用的支吊架载荷与实际使用管道不相匹配,造成管道一次应力超过材料基本许用应力,具有极大的安全风险。根据相关国家标准,采用整体应力分析软件CAESARⅡ对该管道进行了静载荷分析,重新设计并选取了适宜的支吊装置,管系最大一次应力下降到基本许用应力的64.6%,提高了管道的安全裕度。
Considering the fact that in thermal power plant, the disaccord with the design of in-service main steam pipes' specification and materials and the weight can result in the mismatches between the supports and hangers' load selected and cause primary stress exceeding the basic allowable stress of the materials, the CAESAR Ⅱ software was used to analyze the static load of the pipe and the appropriate supports and hangers were designed so that the biggest primary stress of the piping can decrease to 64.6% of the basic allowable stress, and the safety margin of the piping can be improved.
