摘要 轨道扣件是维系铁路运输安全的重要部件,目前中国常用的人工检测方式已无法适应轨道交通快速发展的需要,急需一种简便、易行的自动化扣件检测方法。设计研究了一种基于应变传感器的扣件松脱检测系统,该系统主要由硬件平台与软件平台构成。硬件平台包括传感器模块与无线数据传输模块,软件平台包括LabVIEW程序模块。本系统通过应变传感器采集与钢轨扣件直接接触的轨下弹性垫板在实际使用过程中的应力数据,进一步检测扣件松紧状态。实验结果表明检测数据大小与扣件松紧程度成线性关系,能够根据数据阈值判断扣件的松紧度。 Rail fastener is an important component to keep the safety of railway transportation. Currently, the artificial detection method as a common way has been unable to meet the needs of the rapid development of rail transportation. A simple and easy automation fastener detection method is badly needed. This paper designed a kind of loose fasteners detection system based on strain sensor, which was mainly composed of hardware platform and software platform. The hardware platform involved sensor module and wireless data transmission module. The software platform developed using the LabVIEW program software. The system used a strain sensor to collect the stress data of elastic plate, which directly contacted with the rail fasteners in actual use. Further, the system tested the elastic state of fastener. The experiment results show a linear relationship with testing data size and tightness of fasteners, which can judge the looseness of fastener according to voltage threshold.
